This is my strength stacking Earthquake lowlife champion LEAGUE STARTER build in Ultimatum. I have done everything on him with ease and recorded some boss kills and ultimatum with delirium active.

Build currently has 10000 hp and 2010 strength, perma fortify with a lot of effect, insane overleech, molten and vaal molten shell and some armour on the side.

"Pillar of the caged God" weapon is used to stack increased physical damage.

"Bloodthirst support gem" is used to give us 200 flat physical damage to the weapon.

Stacking health and strength gives us health and at the same time damage, resulting in a tanky build.

We use EQ because it is nice for mapping and for bossing. You can use EarthShatter for more single target, sadly it is kinda clunky/awkward for mapping.

Clear speed is mediocre and it is not "One-Button" build.
