PoE Spectral Helix, Projectile builds

Basically the cookie cutter uniques in the title to leverage damage, spectral throw/spectral helix multi hit mechanic to scale damage (PoB is configured for single hit, should be x4 for spectral throw and like x2.5 for spectral helix). Wind Ward + Wind Dancer for defenses, although the build is by no means a defensive powerhouse, just 95% evade if hit recently and some basic mitigation. Basically lightning coil+ToH+Dawnbreaker+helmet implicit to take 100% phys as cold, then stack ward with jacked up iron flask and nightgrip to get huge flat chaos damage. Elusive+Perfect agony to scale DoT Multi, increased damage is a bit on the low side. Possible to take lower proj speed for better bossing. Cap suppression largely through tree. Made a quick delve mockup to see whether blood of summer or fragment of eternity is better for a frenzy stacker, turns out its not even close (turns out nighblade is pretty decent kek)!
