[POE 3.25] INSTANT KILL UBER CORTEX BOSSES! Accuracy stacker update. Mechanics explained.

Disclaimer: The Focus Amulet is not needed at all unless you want to do slow spectral helix shenanigan like I did, as I showed normal map clear without it in the video. DPS in pob is for the Katabasis comfy map clear setup. Also, this's actually a very simple and relatively low budget setup if you exclude the amulet, as I built the character with like 15 div left after I broke my bank for the amulet. Very minor upgrade since.
