I try to use Lighning Stricke, but whis skill requires to stand and use it, instead of spectral helix - you use it 1-3 times and go next. May be DMG is low for LS... no oneshot mobs In pursuit of much bigger REAL (Not a Enegy Blade build, look at my previous league 3.18 build, inspired @therealjameshumphrey ) ES-pool with Chaos Inoculation and decent DPS on a budget)) IMHO - it's impossible) To get at least 15 000 ES you get buy crazy expensive cluster jewels (int+str+ES+allres) or just Very expensive without +allres and if you want to be a +/- Tanky you need to craft very expensive body armor with MAX ES+INT+6% attrib+ Spell suppresion, Rare shield (instead of Atziri's Reflection) with max spell suppression (and ES on block if you very reach and planning to use Glansing blows) max INT and ES, Rare boots with Spell suppresion and max stats+ES. You need to get Wather's Eye with Spell supression on Grace, swap Stiblite flask on Quartz flask for additional 10% spell suppression... and you still don't get a max ES, without extremely expensive jewels max your attributes from LAB. in cunclusion, most likely you can't take a Maven Slam in memory game and Die (because you haven't Molten shell 10K, its a Evasion build)

For real ultimate surviveability (not memory game) try the new Trickster build's with Perma ES-Recharge activation from supressed spell hit and may be extended with galcing blows and ES on block on shield.

But, Armor-stacking builds still King in PoE for Atni-OneShot defence.
