PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible, 3.25 Kalguur, 3.24 Necropolis Glancing Blows builds without Ice Nova of Frostbolts

Hey guys, I put together a pure Spectre build with the new Forged Frostbearer. I discovered that with Sire of Shards & Greater Volley, the Frostbearers still shoot all projectiles straight forward. It's honestly been a blast in t16 maps. With all the projectiles & cast speed, they actually have really good clear. Tree is no way finalized and optimized but damn this is probably my favorite build in recent years.

Evening. It's been a pretty smooth transition from cold dot to vortex ignite in the mid game. I've got all my implicits set on boots and gloves. I'm 100 percent spell supressed. &x200B; I gotta level up (92 atm) but i'm getting my ass kicked in t16s &x200B; I think my issues lie with Block/Spell Block. HIGH BUDGET ENDGAME BUILD Vaal minions are worth 3 minions each (200% more). So for bosses you have 9 normal sentinels + 3 vaal sentinels (9 effective) = 18 effective sentinel damage. First time making my own build and to be honest I have no clue if what I put together is a) playable and b) not complete dogpoop. Here is the PoB: Its very barebones. No Flasks, no uniques or special items, nothing ticked in config and the gems aren't filled out yet. It already has around 500k dps without using a second curse (allocated points in WoD just for reference) and without the vaal version. To me this seems pretty great but I have no clue if its actually playable. I am not set on hiero, just used it because I wanted to see what impact arcane surge

Thoughts on my league starter? Most expensive thing it uses is Aegis Aurora but Aegis ended up being fairly cheap last league (2-5 divines) Other than that and Skin of the Lords the rest of the gear is fairly basic. I plan on leveling with absolution until I can invest and make the switch to Dom Blow. &x200B; This is one of my first time making my own POB for my starter. EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. i've been thinking about playing dom blow with the vaal domination reveal and although a 21/20 vaal phantasmal dom blow is probably gonna cost an absolute bomb, decided to mess around a little on POB. Decided to go impale champion because master of metal and don't want to compete with the poison minion variants which will be undoubtedly popular in crucible.
