PoE Marauder, League Starter, Melee builds without Chieftain

I've been PoB warrior'ing for awhile and I think I've settled on my league starter. Main criteria was melee, strong overall build (mapping + bossing), and tanky as possible. Was thinking boneshatter slayer, but I avoided it for a couple of reasons; Vaal Pact annoys me and Slayer needs it to be acceptably tanky, and Slayer is kind of bad at bossing without very high investment. Made myself a build I'll be leaguestarting so I wanted to share it with you guys. It's a strength and accuracy stacking berserker with blunderbore and gull to make mapping smooth and second sight from timeless jewel to get enough crit to play blitz comfortably. Any feedback is welcome!

From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now.
