Max Endurance Charge Tectonic Slamming Juggernaut

The game decided to give me a +2 endurance charge ring so I decided to attempt to build around it specifically. The goal was to make a tanky jugg that hit the whole screen with tectonic slam while also dealing damage. Unfortunately the damage was no where near what I would consider viably good so this video serves as a testament to the fact I made a bad build which happens more than I would like to admit sometimes. Needless to say I still liked the idea of solving phys damage solely with endurance charges and the new sublime vision thus allowing us to spec transcendence keystone to make armour apply to incoming elemental damage.
