PoE Slam, Bossing builds without Berserker

Hey all! Crucible will be my first league since ritual, and the game has been shifting/moving around a lot since then. I have always enjoyed EQ jugg, and I'm planning to start the league with one. How is my plan/build looking for the current state of POE? Feel free to give opinions/advices! I won't be focusing that much on bossing, but i would not mind if i could try some of the new stuff. Early Leveling for Totems: From Level 1: Start leveling from the start of Act 1 with Ground Slam + Chance to Bleed + Lifetap. Add Ancestral Protector Totem as soon as avaliable. From Level 8: Earthbreaker will become avaliable; switch out chance to bleed with Earthbreaker and run with Ground Slam and Lifetap until level 12. After seeing this item rework I had to try to make an absolute unit bossing character that anyone could succeed with on a budget, this is what I have so far. Please - critique! Let's make a monster. This is assuming we get Energy Blade with something like 200% snapshotted ES into Max Added Lightning Damage; see the custom modifier on the energy sword to represent this.
