PoE 3.15 - Ice Crash Dex-Stacking Raider - A9 Showcase - (PoB, gearing, info in desc)

PoB: https://pastebin.com/kBhHVR7M Build Summary: Ice Crash with hollow palm allows us to stack dexterity to scale our phys damage, which the skill then converts to cold damage. This comes at the cost of having no weapons or gloves, of course, but it's a small price to pay when you see the actual power potential this skill has. While most seem to just run low AoE and focus on bossing, I felt the build did pretty well in mapping if you scaled more AoE (stance change and 1 gem swap). As with most builds at this level, it's a glass cannon that can kill most things before they have a chance to even touch you.

Gearing: Weapon Main Hand: none (hollow palm)

Shield: none (hollow palm)

Helmet: Fractal Thoughts w/ice crash phys gained as extra cold - Gives us immense damage from dexterity, and if we can have more str than int, we also get another 15%dex

Body Armour: Wildwrap - the standard dex-stacking body armour, boasting 15%dex, dmg scaling from dex, and some other qol stats

Gloves: none (hollow palm)

Boots: Garukhan's flight w/ele pen ench - We get an absurd amount of life from these boots, and there aren't really better options that outweigh this alone. Furthermore, the qol immunities and regen while moving are actually great for mapping.

Amulet: Rare Amulet w/18% dex implicit- 90 to 100 base dex + life and some res is plenty on the amulet for damage. Ideally, with all jewellry, you can craft -mana as it is a mana hungry skill

Rings: Rares, one with frostbite on hit, one with socket - Try to fill resistances here along with some life and dex as is available. Crafting your own with essences is not a bad idea if you can use a lot of stats from the rolling pool.

Belt: Rare w/18% dex implicit- flat dex, life, and res here, as with other jewellry.

Flasks: Panicked Life Flask / Wise Oak / Lion's Roar / Taste of Hate / Bottled Faith - These are the highest dps flasks, and i would just add effect to them and only use for bossing

Unique Jewels: Cold Pen Hatred Watcher's eye / Fluid Motion / Intuitive leap / one with nothing / dex+int split personality & str+dex split personality / 15%dex+ brutal restraint

Cluster Jewels: 2 large, 4 medium, one small unique

Jewels: RMR implicit jewels were necessary for me, and I filled life with some, but they can be overall flexible.

Playstyle: Setup/Bossing - Ancestral Warchief + Protector - Frost Bomb - Blood Rage - Flasks - Ice Crash

Clear - I would run with awakened increased AoE instead of concentrated effect for better clear, and I've found this helps survivability in mapping. You should be able to just run and ice crash occasionally to clear quite quickly.
