Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC. CwC triggers 2,86 times per second, so I'd have use it's multipliers as breakdowns |Attack speed|Attacks between each cast| |:-|:-| |2,86|1| |5,72|2| |8,58|3| |11,44|4| |14,3|5| Using The Red Trail combined with The Golden Rule, I'd have 1 frenzy charge per attack. Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds
