Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC. Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds

This is a scuffed build from my hierophant that I'm trying to convert into Inquisitor with fanaticism and consecrated ground in mind. The idea is to use cyclone with cwc creeping frost to generate power charges and keep stacking fanaticism charges while benefiting massively through a storm call burst damage with 75% cast speed and AOE.
