PoE Cold, Duration, Mapping builds with custom stat filters

Hey, I enjoy creating unique and funny meme builds, so I decided to come up with one. I needed a fast character with good clear speed to farm Alva. It's not great for boss killing, though. I managed to tackle some T17 maps, but it's not the best for that. Anyway, here's the concept: I stack around 450 mana burn with the unique tincture, The Battle Within. I sustain the mana cost with a good enduring mana flask and use the mastery for 1% increased flask charges gained per 1 mana burn. Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. Leveling Tips Act 1 - 5 Rush Elemental Overload on skill tree, if needed pick up Health Mana nodes on right side of witch starter area, i go for life on top right first then branch left to templar area. I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. Hello all, I got into a POB/theory crafting mood and got a lot of good advice from the last thread. Some good tips there still too. Even though I vowed to stop spending currency on this build, it was too much fun to continue theory crafting and pushing the build. Total cost probably around 100 divs now.
