PoE Cruelty, Movement builds

(WIP, thrown together in 2 days) Ever since I discovered Bodyswap, I got obsessed with the idea of making a viable build out of the skill. Well I just got around to it, featuring tattoos. Please keep in mind that I am not a professional with making builds, but this one makes me proud. This is by no means a min-maxed build, but pretty far in. 383k x 9 = 3,447 kk per combo rune blast cost = 282 mana/s cost of 9 improved runes to +3 = 135 ~2 combos per second = 6,89 kk you wouldn't be able to get this combo perfectly, so i assume ~5-6kk dps is more realistic. potential upgrades/switches Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo that gives Arcane Blessing Watcher's Eye with Spell suppresion and inc damage to enemies on consecrated ground

So far, we have very expensive equipment and barely any damage, even trying to account for the new strat with the new support gems (Controlled Blaze Support, Sadism Support) and a synergestic one (Swift Affliction Support). Together, they give 4.66x damage if one can manage to hit 13 times, igniting 13 times, over 4 seconds. Yet this isn't enough to catapult it past a few million DPS, even with very good gear. Perhaps there are better ways to scale ignite than what I'm using, as otherwise, this build will never scale into a strong build.

POB: Tried my hand in build making. Currently it works decent enough to do basic t16 mapping. Would like to push it further. I am limited by my knowledge (and currency) so I'm asking for any suggestions on how to make this better. Some of the components of the build: Red trail, golden rule, maw of conquest and a unaffected by bleeds watchers for infinite frenzy sustain and chaos res. Haemophilia for explode. Solstice vigil for temp chains and longer flasks, self-poison/bleed etc. Anathema for more curses. Dendrobate for damage. Trickster for a nice colle

Hey, started the league with a bit of a meme gigagonk tank build but tbh it's working wonderfully figured I'd post a video or 2. Searing Exarch(not uber): Ignore the bad gameplay, I don't visit exarch a lot :d Can see shockwave definitely being a bit luke warm DPS-wise, but also how well vaal EQ interacts with this build, every time I move a bit and let go of cyclone a vaal EQ shockwave will appear, its cooldown is what surprised me the most, it's often already 50% ready to go again before the first one ends T16 Waste Pool:
