Hey Exiles!
Here is my current little pet project! with the release of the new Widowhail, I was curious how people would use the quivers. low and behold, the Craghead. A level 4 unique, with the highest enemy stun threshold reduction (25%) and duration (200%!) in the game for a single item. Paired with the Widowhail at top roll, it's roughly 87% reduced threshold and 700% increased duration. In POB, thats a .14 multiplier to enemy threshold and a minimum 3 second stun.
So how to use this? Well all the projectiles are a bust because of the projectile speed reduction, and the fact that the widowhail is TERRIBLE for base attack damage.
(Side note: The reduced projectile speed can be used with EoW, so if someone wants to try that build go ahead)
Our only option is spells then. According to the wiki, elemental damage has a huge 25% reduction to stuns , so we're using physical spells.
Reap and exsanguinate are perfect, and utilizing Jugg for tankiness, Endurance charge increase to stun and global damage, as well as some crit and Entrophic Devestation for impales on, you can run a pretty tanky build with average dps. The main draw of this is of course the ability to stun 9.5/10 times. Of course you won't be able to stun for massive 20+ seconds like with melee builds (partially due to all the supports available for melee for stun) but for a ranged build it's an advantage to know you WILL stun that trash pack. and hey at least we can say melee isn't getting it's lunch stolen again by ranged builds.

Current build is very scuffed, as I am poor and am still tinkering with things. but I consider it a win to run low tier red maps at times and not have to worry about dying most of the time. A solid crucible tree on the widowhail could help immensely, as well as the addition of a Ashes for spell level. It's also possible to run this on mines, but I am a mine-trap-hater so I struggle on.

I would LOVE feedback on this build and how to improve it! Also other ways to use the craghead if possible.
Thanks GGG for adding stun back into the game!
