PoE Cruelty, Cold, Duration builds

I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. Just wanted to put it out there so someone could fix it haha. Brief overview: Elementalist Frostblink Ignite Staff Block New Bronn's Lithe Blackflame seemed neat assuming it works like I think it does and makes the ignite skip enemy ES EDIT: Thanks for the feedback. First time posting a build, looking for critiques on ways to improve it. Tried to use fairly basic gear to simulate. For 3.19. Core ideas, new 40% Mom+eldritch battery to solve mana and add a bit more tankiness and value to dual regen of inq. GMP to shotgun creeping frost. Daressos courage for 55% spell block/75 if blocked attacks recently. Things looking to gear for once it gets going- increased max fire res, get the last couple % left to cap suppression. curse on hit ring to free supports up for RF. Generally adding % increase

Hello, I want to have some feedback about my SSFHC Elementalist build that I want to play, \~500k DPS FULL uptime with 0 investment (more with Flame Surge burning ground) Defensive layer (note that it's lvl 85) : 4k5 LIFE; 1k5 ES; 9k EVA; Ghost Dance; 3k8 mana MoM; Arcane Cloak and obviously the Chill.

Hey everyone! A few days ago, someone mentioned using frostblink as a main skill, and I believe quite a few people have toyed around with the idea... however, I wanted to share my dumb Frostblink Ignite Frostferno helm build for your viewing pleasure/harsh criticism. I'm pretty shit with Path of Building, so if I fucked up just let me know :)

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. The cluster jewel is the only one which might run 1ex. The 6th link is Combustion but that requires a 6L brass drome which is a bit more expensive so I

PoB: Here's an idea for a league starter that I've been thinking about for a while. It converts the cold damage hit from Cold Snap into fire to ignite enemies while still dealing cold DoT and chilling, using increased cold and elemental damage and generic DoT multi to scale both DoTs. Normally I just flesh out a tree when theory crafting, but Mathil released a Wave of Conviction ignite starter build and I decided to plug my tree and skill into his gear, just changing the some of the fire modifiers to cold (which I imagine should be cheaper this league anyway)
