PoE Impale, Projectile builds

Again with all my off-meta builds for now, I am prefacing this by stating my builds are extreme low budget and low time investment. I am old and no longer able to no-life PoE anymore. Me and a buddy (who is new at PoE) wanted to play a Duo-syncing build and he also is daunted by the skill tree, so he wanted me to create both of our builds. Which is what I did. He only gave me a few requirements and I tried to hit them: Good visual clarity. We did a duo flameblast build last season and he said he couldn't see shit. Bow build. (edited because Shattering Steel was lvl 22 from before the Gem Update in PoB to emulate the buff, Ive lowered it to lvl 21 now) I tested this build in Standard with random Gear I crafted that is realistic on League Start. It works really well and is not even considering the changes we are getting in 3.21. I played with 2x Ichimonji and cleared T16 maps. Had an idea for a tornado shot impale champion that uses steelworm alongside perseverance to scale defences. Getting damage on the build is the tricky part, has anybody played any impale builds and have some ideas on how this can be improved?

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance. Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful. Though perma Onslaught, Adrenaline and tailwind/new implicit might make it smoother. Hello bros, I'm trying my own build with aim to 24/40 this league. Spectral Helix is on the menu with Vanguard belt and champion as a class. So far so good - doing some low red maps, but I'm starting to have some issues going forward. The idea is to be really tanky (armour + evasion + some spell supp + fortify) and have enough dps to finish of lv 85 bosses. Budget is around 10 ex.
