keep in mind all of the clips in this video are using mainly the budget investment stuff, so the ceiling on this build is a lot higher than what was shown

this started out as a meme, and i normally don't make build related videos but this turned out surprisingly well. after contemplating scrapping it multiple times, i ultimately finished the guide mainly as an ode to engineering eternity (you are missed). i'm sure there's ways to optimize everything further, but i have been super busy lately so i just don't have the time to invest in the league at the moment. i do plan to revisit the league and revise some things when i have a bit more time though

there are high/mid/low investment options in the pob, make sure you change the dropdowns for passive tree/skills/gear based on what you want to look at, as each set are built to be used together. also i recommend changing the config based on what the selected investment is capable of doing (ie. high investment will have tailwind where low/mid won't, berserk will not maintain 50 rage consistently, etc) https://pobb.in/RE_0oLWpbDdr
