PoE Ice Spear, Templar builds

Basic premise is to soft-stack Intelligence, since it will in turn increase mana and Energy Shield, then use the % extra mana as Energy Shield, % increased spell damage per Int, and % increased spell damage per Mana, to have a large amount of synergistic damage scaling with Energy Blade + Battlemage, Archmage, and Arcane Cloak. A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Tree can be tweaked a bit to grab some sockets if you happen to find any jewels worth running. Like I mentioned, there's no required gear. I don't have any gear in the POB besides flasks and a shield. Since GGG was supposed to buff self-casting i decided to give ice-spear a try this league. I quite like the balance between offence and defense inquisitor gives. In the end I think I managed to create a quite well rounded character with decent clear, good survivability and quite good DPS(doing about 15m dps on a somewhat not to bad budget without any flask). Think i have spent about 20-25 ex on the character. Where as a good 80 percent of that was on belt and chest. Any good ideas on areas i can improve on my build?

Hi Everyone, As COC is my favorite arch-type in the game, there is no league that goes by without me playing at least 1 cast on crit build. 3.17 is no different and I've decided to go with a COC Ice Spear, since I've never done Ice Spear, mainly just Ice Nova ( which I still say has much better clear then Ice Spear ) The reason I chose Inquisitor is survivability, and because I never did a CoC Inquisitor, usually I roll a Occy or Ass, so this time I went hispter and chose the long-neck. DPS is wildly innacurate but to get an idea of dps it should be about 7.5 triggers of ice spear and the other skill per second. Or you can just set the Ice Spear and other skill count to about 9-10 to see how much damage a single attack with shards would deal but that happens over more than a second.
