PoE Bossing, Ultimatum builds

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

Build abuses Indigon and Manaforged Arrows arrows to collect a large amount of % more damage, and % increased spell damage multipliers Battlemage converts the % spell damage to attack damage with a healthy 2.16x multiplier when scaled with warcry effect Only downside to using Battlemage's Cry is that we need to weapon swap to get the buff every 10s but if you go for potency of will + duration mastery it could be increased to every 14.5 seconds at the cost of Battle Rouse cluster.
