PoE Profane Bloom, League Starter builds

Hi all! So I've decided to try to theorycraft something simple for my first leaguestart without using a guide made by ziz, jungroan, pathofmath, and the like. I'm interested in an ignite build and eventually settled on hexblast ignite because playing with curses also seemed fun. I made a POB and it's hitting 8mill ignite dps on guardians on gear that shouldn't cost more than 7 or 8 ex I think by the second or third week of league. Is this too good to be true? Hey guys, recently thought about possible offmeta league starters and came up with this Chaos BV, heavily inspired by the trending Cold BV variants. Build has 60% chance to explode ennemies and gull+blunderbore for fast mapping, as well as badge of the brotherhood for high withering step uptime to have it up for almost every pack and get the wither damage multiplicator for the explosions too. The build has actually 3.5M dps with the current config even against sirus which seems pretty decent. Ive found two things a bit worrysome:

My skeleton POB: I like playing ignites, but still want something that plays a bit smoother than EA totems. I currently have 1.3mil Sirus ignite dps with around 30-40c league start investment. &x200B; POB has level 20 gems with no quality, 90%inc life and 140% ES, plus almost capped chaos res from just ascendancy and Blackflame. Hey Guys, i want to show u my league starter this league :D It started as a meme, but i think its playable as a league starter. Items gonna be cheap as fuck, cause no one gonna play it. Ill post the Pob. All Items doesnt have the new Implicit of the new influence, so damage should be a little bit higher in the end. Hey Guys, I've been pleasantly surprised by lightning tendrils while leveling and I keep lightning tendrils in my shortlist as a league starter. Maybe you could look at my PoBs! One is life based, the second one is a far tankier CI version which should be my lategame transition.
