My 3.19 Plans for League Start Builds | Lake of Kalandra League 3.19 | Path of Exile PoE

After extensively testing a number of builds over the past week or so and the release of the balance manifesto, I'm pretty comfortable settling on these two builds potentially as League Starters. Obviously, the patch notes COULD change this but as of now I'm pretty confident there will be no nerfs to these two builds and they will both remain largely unchanged or even buffed in 3.19.

I will release more detailed guides on these builds in my final League Start suggestions video for 3.19, along with a number of other potentially good League Starters. This was just an update on my personal plans and some insight into what I've been doing and what I've found to be the most powerful builds that I would enjoy playing on League Start for 3.19 in my testing.
