I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. Took a Poison Spec Helix build from poe ninja and converted it into a possible league start. I like the idea of utilizing blind, elusive, and the crit swift affliction. Looking for feedback on how to make this a bit tankier.

I tried to make my own build this league start, and i went with a doryani touch assassin. So far im doing fine in tier 11 maps, but i dont think ill have the dps for higher level content.
