Summary: -> Here are Some Righteous Fire basics along with a general plan for the character's progression. Ascendancy Plan: RF from lab 1 => Heart Stopper -> Polymath -> One Step Ahead -> Swift Killer Late Safe(3rd lab + some regen gear) RF start => One Step Ahead -> Polymath -> Heartstopper -> Swift Killer Goal of This Setup: - Create a fast smooth mapper capable of t16 and boss content up to most invitations/uber elder (this setup won't be strong enough for uber bosses imo) - Farm Currency for Brutal Restraint + ES/EV Gear(standard doesn't need to be as high as previously thought / main cost will be brutal restraint) - Switch to giga ES setup that we can min-max more should be first achievable by about day 3-4. General Trickster RF Gameplan: -> start as life based trickster using dot skills like flamewall/scorching ray -> switching into RF on probably the first lab(second lab will be safest for those new to RF as you get a bunch of additional sustain on second lab as well) -> Acquire Early League start gear pieces as soon as affordable/wearable -> refine life based gear to as good as can be for around 50c to 5ex roughly -> Beging Assembling ES gear once the life based setup is good enough to take endgame. -> Switch into ES RF trickster and take it to the moon RF Leaguestart gear pieces to look for early: Helmet: Voll's Vision(cannot have other corrupted items) / Rare with life and resistances + regen rate /spell suppress Weapon: Rare Sceptre/wand with +fire level/fire dot multi/%fire damage/ Shield: Rise of the phoenix/Saffels Frame / Rare shield with life/max res/%fire damage/+fire spell/spell block Amulet: Shaper's Seed/Rare with life + resistances +dot multi(if not too expensive) / replica atziri's foible Rings: Death Rush(Speed) / Pyre(damage) / Kikazaru(sustain) / Rare with life + resistances Belt: Immortal Flesh(giga sustain) or leather belt with resistances + life Gloves: Vaal Caress pseudo 5.5L for Vaal RF OR rare with life + resistances + Regen Rate Boots: Rare with life + resistances + move speed + regen rate Body Armour: Belly of the beast / carcass jack / 6L craftable rare chest(i most likely will snag a belly/ambus 5L and farm for a rare 6L to craft on) Gem Link Setups: Damage: Righteous Fire -> Burning damage -> Elemental Focus -> Efficacy/Inc Aoe/Conc/Inspiration/Lifetap Damage + Utility: *Scorching ray->Infused Channeling->Arcane Surge->Burning->Ele Focus->efficacy Utility: Armageddon Brand ->Combustion -> Hextouch ->Flammability Enduring Cry(sustain + phys reduction) OR Infernal Cry(dps explodes harvest) + Blood Rage(Only use once you have good over sustain for extra mapping speed/Damage) Mobility: *Shield Charge -> Faster Attacks -> Flame Dash Auras: Tempest Shield / Grace / Purity of Fire(use vitality early on till aura reservation cluster, then add purity of fire) / Vitality / (Arctic Armour OR Flesh & Stone OR Aspect of Spider may be potentially fit in later after grace reservation efficiency) Misc info: Pantheon: Arakaali + Tukohama Bandits: kill all for +2 passives ************************ ACT 1 ******************************* -> Kill Hillock -> Get Spark From Nessa -> waypoint on cost -> collect quest items on mud flats and get way point in submerged passage(avoid F U Rhoas charge attack, will stunlock us) -> waypoint to coast and go to tidal island to the south and kill hail rake -> go to town -> Get Orb of Storms/onslaught/frostblink from quest rewards -> buy frostbomb, pierce and arcane surge Support (flame wall + efficacy + combustion are good pickups here as well for leveling, switch to dot skills at merveil) -> Link orb of storms and frost bomb to onslaught support / Link Pierce + arcane surge + spark ( 2b1g 2b1g are preferred color links to look for) -> lower prison 1st trial for lab -> Do act 1 normally till brutus then purchase Flamedash + Vitality(drop frostblink for flame dash) -> merveil waypoint + all flame -> get scorching ray/flamewall from quest reward, swap to dot damage skills of Scorching ray/flamewall + efficacy + arcane surge -> kill merveil proceed to act 2 ************************ ACT 2 ******************************* -> Proceed to chamber of sins and get baleful gem and lab trial from level 2 -> return to town and get skitterbots reward from greust -> Do golden hand quest area south of cross road zone + lab trial -> get survival secrets unique jewel(important for life flask sustain for RF) -> kill all bandits + thematic emblem quest + spider quest -> Get Ele focus as quest reward then buy controlled destruction as future links can level in off hand -> proceed to take down vaal oversoul and go to act 3 ************************ ACT 3 ******************************* -> 3 busts quest -> get flammability -> Progress 3 act normally till taking down piety then prioritize siosa ques -> take swift affliction reward to level in off hand for links later -> BUY righteous fire and burning damage support, this we want to level, hopefully close to current gem levels for when we switch into RF right after lab 1 -> make sure to get act 3 trials -> proceed to take down dominus and go to act 4 ************************ ACT 4 ******************************* ->run act 4 till split path to kaom/daresso dreams and run lab ->get heartstopper keystone >>>>> THE Righteous FIRE Switch <<<<<<<<< -> get shield charge and faster attacks from siosa to use for movement -> RF linked to burning damage + ele focus +(efficacy if you get an extra 4L) -> survival secrets equipped for life flask sustain AND get some life flasks colossal/giant/hallow ect. keep upgrading these flask throughout the acts. -> take on the rest of Act 4, IMPORTANT: this is when we are at our weakest in terms of sustain the RF sustain will only get better from here as we upgrade life flasks and eventually a lot as we get better and better gear pieces ************************ ACT 5 ******************************* -> keep updating life flasks when you see the next higher tier like hallowed. -> Progress rare gear as you can and just run through the act normally. -> we have reached "coast mode" sortof where are gem links are changing a lot and we just want to progress towards the recommend links in this PoB as we go. ************************ ACT 6 & 7 ******************************* ->Keep upgrading and ID'ing rare gear when you can, obviously when you get better gear with better sockets you can begin upgrading link setups as well ->Run the acts until very end of act 7 before arakaalis mausaleum and proceed to do cruel lab ************************ ACT 8, 9 & 10 ******************************* -> cruise through just upgrade rare gear as you id better pieces, I highly recommend chilling in blood aqueduct farming a small amount of currency to make cheap RF upgrades -> once at a decent level and gear proceed to go through rest of campaign and finish merc lab. -> at this point you should be set up well for early mapping(always spend more early currency on upgrading your gear when you can.
