PoE Chaos Inoculation, Occultist, League Starter builds

I plan on skipping the usual 6-link setup and i'm going to be using a duel 5link unleash setup with 2x Eye of Winter gems. (the seals recharge themselves independently so it works as you'd want it to) This is to bypass the mana multiplier increase on support gems and the damage reduction on the usual damage support gems that patch 3.15 is bringing. Hi I've been quickly theory crafting this build for the past 2 hours and I would like some help in min-maxing it! My thought process behind the build!I will transition into this build once I have finished my group play session.I'm not looking for a league starting build as I would have farmed enough currency to buy most of these gear so I want to min max the build more than it being viable as a league start.I'll play on softcore so I wanted lots of dmg compared to survivability. 1. I usually don't follow through with POB to an entire build, just slap it in and see if it works and go play once I'm confident with it. This one, however, I built all the way to 85 in POB because I was couldn't really decide how 9 golem, voltaxic archmage max shock, big boom chaos burn fireballs would work.
