POE Coc Inquisitor Freezing Pulse

Important notes: -NOT A CHEAP BUILD. Very rough league starter as it requires alot of core items with required stats before it starts functioning. Only do this if this is your 2nd or 3rd character, and you have a main that can get the funds for this. My build is only about 100-150ex in and can be further improved if you wish to do so.

-Build is not optimized, i'm a fairly new player myself and i've only been experimenting with different things for fun, there will be some choice that i did not take for dps but for utility, as well as to lower down the cost of the build c: (Eg. the cobalt jewels should have 2 crit multi + ES, but i'm using a 1 crit multi + ES + other utility stats)

-14% cooldown recovery rate from belt or shoes, or awakened cast on critical strike gem at level 3 is a must have. If you feel like you lack boss damage, try getting this stat or a awakened lvl 3 cast on crit gem.

-Bottled faith is a must have if you dont have 100% crit rate or a consistent way to regen ES. If your build feels weird and doesnt crit as much, bottled faith is 90% of the time the solution.
