I usually don't follow through with POB to an entire build, just slap it in and see if it works and go play once I'm confident with it. This one, however, I built all the way to 85 in POB because I was couldn't really decide how 9 golem, voltaxic archmage max shock, big boom chaos burn fireballs would work. Let me know what you think, I'd like to play golems for second build, but if this won't work I'll go back to the drawing board.

I know a lot of the rares are unrealistic. I just slapped in max values and wishlists because I'm lazy. Though it would probably take time to min/max, it shouldn't be hard to get those actual mods non-leaguestart with harvest on.
