PoE League Starter builds without Duelist, Ranger

Hello all, I revived this build in 3.16 from TrollErgoSum's walking simulator video, but since then he has moved on to crystallized omniscience which is way out of my budget this season. All required uniques and cluster jewels can be bought for less than 5C each and total budget is 30C. No special aura or mana management, gems are all base type and not even fully leveled.
