PoE Pinpoint builds

I made this build over several hours and there are so many things I changed and tried to make it better. I hope some of you have ideas how I could improve this build or if I missed something obvious. The gear is already pretty juicy, but I know how to craft them. At the moment I'm not satisfied with physical defense. I tried to reach some good amount of block and armour, but i cannot do it while mantaining enough omniscience. Thank you for looking into this build!

It is heavily based on the interactions showed by u/james_poe earlier in scourge. The build use some interactions between recoup, mom, petrified blood, energy shield and frost shield to soften up the damage taken on life and regain it overtime. Hi guys, Just taking a look at EK, it's damage effectiveness got buffed 80% in addition to 50% base spell damage, so I was thinking of making a build to scale it with battlemage. Inquisitor may be the way to go (you could even use rebuke of the vaal), but I like Disentigrator and then going either inquis, necro or full cold conversion Occultist. &x200B; I eventually settled on Occultist for slightly more ehp since pious path doesn't do much for the build because I'm running devouring diadem with MoM and Wicked Ward to keep up my HP and counter the Disentigrator degen. I've a build for you guys to consider. Maybe meme, maybe not? I considered what skill would work best for tornado and I attempted to find one that can be a spell as well as converts from physical damage to ideally scale both skills on a 6 link - that leaves with two options; Ethereal Knives and Unearth. Unearth actually deals more damage/second and allows you to utilize corpses for consumption shenanigans and use necromancer which comes with a juicy 40% skill effect duration, creating a larger window to pump projectiles into the Tornado and have the tornado chase time last longer. I'm working on an Eye of Winter build because frozen orb was awesome in D2 and I want to try it out here. With the nerfs to everything, I figure this is as good a time as any to experiment with a new skill! I see two ways to build this, you can either go cast speed + crit or you can go unleash and ignore cast speed. I built both out in PoB, but cast speed seemed more promising. Eventually you can probably transition into dual void batteries once you get enough currency. I went Occultist here, but Assassin would also probably work well. Deadeye might be good too! Thoughts? I'm decently experienced with creating builds in PoB and I'm bored waiting for the league so here we go. Just write a few keywords for the build like: Eye of winter, deadeye, selfcast, freeze immune.
