Let me introduce you to a skill that has received a significant buff this league compared to other melee skills (top 10 most buffed). -Important Update- As it turns out, the wiki is misleading when it says that "Rallying Cry can have an indefinite number of hidden stacks active, of which each loses its duration naturally, but only the strongest one is shown as active buff" I interpreted this as mean multiple warcry buffs could be active with only the strongest one showing. What it actually means is that only the strongest Rallying Cry buff is applied at any given time. When the duration expires, then it is replaced by the next strongest warcry. Wanting a good all-rounder for the the league i opted for a Explosive Arrow totem build. I choose champion instead of elementalist for the versatility and survivability. It started off based on Zizaran's build, but has since deviated quite a bit. Much due to luck and messing about. This is lvl 99 now and this is more that I ever have done before. Could easily grind to 100 but .. why care. &x200B; &x200B; Some highlights 30+ mill dps can do 10+ more easily with a few gem/flask swaps etc when needed.
