Wand craft

• Obtain ilvl 84/85 Imbued Wand with Fractured Spell Damage or Hybrid Spell Damage

• Use Deafening Essences of Wrath until you hit T1 Attack Speed and are able to isolate it

• For anything that isnt an attack mod use Cannot Roll Attacks - Annul, might take a few tries.

• For anything that is an attack mod, annul and pray

• Craft In Order

• 3 Crafted Modifiers

• Crit/Stats

• Spell Damage + Gained as Chaos if Fractured Hybrid Spell Damage

• Penetrate Ele Resist if Fractured Pure Spell Damage
