POB: Just a meme build theory, dont take too seriously. (Also, I'm not going to push this into practice cause already 36 challenge this league.) In theory, playstyle could be very simple. Hi, in search of skills to use with Ashes of the Stars i have found Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils . This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff.
