PoE Ranger, Scion, Melee, Heist builds

has my goal and the "Default" tree/skillset is where I am at, real character. It only uses one very cheap rare, everything else is a unique, two were somewhat pricey: heatshiver was 45c, 5L Daresso's was 40c. I probably should have gone omni/doryanis a long time ago, but it is what it is. Never had a lot of cash, and there where always easy to reach goals that didnt require redoing my whole gear. Any suggestions to pump it up even more? Fine with my move speed, going faster is practically useless to me, looking for dmg / survival

After Nemesis mods kicked my first build around to much I looked into a more defensive type of build. My idea was to build around the Transcendence keystone and stacking armour. What catched my eye was the 3.19 newly buffed Lightning Coil (50% phys to lightning). It is a perfect fit for the build since you want to convert 100% physical damage from hits to elemental. I found a single profile that went with the idea and had some interesting items: Replica Dreamfather, Formless Inferno and Emperor's Vigilance.
