The build concept is to utilize this mod from the chest "Elemental Damage you Deal with Hits is Resisted by lowest Elemental Resistance instead" , in combination with Elemental Equilibrium. Making any elemental build, regardless of element type, to nullifies EE's penalty and boost the dps even further.
