PoE Elementalist builds with custom stat filters

So I'm still working on Chaos Res and Spell Suppression but I'm comparing my DPS to other PoB's and I don't understand why my DPS is so weak compared to them. Right now I have 8 Divines that I can use for upgrades but everything I'm looking at either cost more the 8 or is only a 3% upgrade according to the PoB "Trade For These Items" weighings . So I'm not sure what I can do from here.

The POB uses placeholder gear for the most part to show the bare minimum to make the build work. Decided to go all in on one build this league and focused on Stone golems as whit elementalist ascendency i didn't need to worry about resummoning minions. Prity happy whit out come, still some places that can be improved like adding block, or better cluster and gear but probably i wont go all the way for min max as i have limited play time. As u can see golem inflict bleeding, whit vuln curse we get 99% bleed chance, but scale DoT won't be possible as this build requires a lot of jewel socket for primordial jewels. Trying to build a Shock Nova AB Elementalist (I'm open for any other ascendancy recommendation tbh), added Lightning Conduit just to see damage and man is the difference apparent. Just wanted something easy and fun to farm maps at a relatively "fast" speed. , would love some pointers from anyone with a bigger brain than me lol

Ive been working on this build, off and on, for a few version updates and I just wanted some fresh eyes on things I might consider changing up. I can run Tier 13 maps pretty consistently, anything higher tier though I get wrecked every couple of runs and lose all exp progress. Pretty simple play mechanics, all tied to logitech mouse buttons. POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. Just wanted to put it out there so someone could fix it haha.
