PoE Hydrosphere, Assassin, Lightning builds

My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. I posted this meme build idea in the main subreddit while planning my first build. I quickly got bored of all the builds I played this league so I decided to return to my roots and make an Arc Archmage Elementalist. Well, Pledge of Hands felt like shit to me, so over the past few days, the build evolved into a Dodgy Arcssassin, stacking power+frenzy charges. I've spent \~20ex on the build so far, but you can get decent results with 12-15ex as well.
