[3.16] Storm Brand Build | Assassin | Scourge | Path of Exile 3.16

Hey guys, here is storm brand build. Using void batteries and badge of the brotherhood. There are a lot of builds with this setup. I wanted to play storm brand because I like brand playstyle. Badge of the Brotherhood has a unique mod that "Your Maximum Frenzy Charges is equal to your Maximum Power Charges". So we can have 10 power and frenzy charges.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 10-50 ex

Power Charges: Playing with 10 power charges

• Overcharge, Instability, Infused (Skill Tree), +3 Power Charge
• Unstable Infusion (Ascendancy), +1 Power Charge
• 2x Void Battery, +2 Power Charge
• Helmet (Warlord mod), +1 Power Charge

3.16 CHANGES:

• Holy Conquest: No longer has “Brands Attach to a new Enemy each time they Activate, no more than once every 0.3 seconds”, it now has 25% increased Brand Damage and Brands have 25% increased Area of Effect if 50% of Attached Duration expired.

You may run into some problems after the changes.

Problem: Transcendent Flesh now only gives 14% Crit multiplier in that socket.

Solution: Remove it. (GGG style) Use a rare jewel with inc life, crit multi, attributes, res if needed.

Problem: Thread of Hope doesn't provide the nodes we want. (Not worth using for just one node.)

Solution: Replace it with a rare jewel.
