This Butter-Smooth【Self-Cast ARCsassin】is my fav pick for Scourge ! (EB + MoM + 80% Evasion) 3.16

Hey guys ! Here's my fav build so far in Scourge league ! Love the zap and chain that could clear almost the entire screen :) It's also a very efficient SCOURGE farmer~ With high cast speed and crit, this build is able to do end game content easily ! :)

• Self-Cast ARC assassin
• Def : EB + MoM + High Evasion (up to 80%)
• High cast speed and cap Crit
• Very smooth gameplay (No fancy explosions, just zap and chaining all mobs)
• Fast scourge farmer (Vaal ARC can clear screenwide)
• Able to burst bosses fast (High SHOCK ailment)

Clearspeed - 10/10 Bossing - 7/10 Defense - 7/10 Speed - 9/10
