My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. This is the time of the league where I go off the deep end and start thinking of weird shit to try. Shield skills have caught my attention recently due to the fact that you can have a scaling weapon equipped (like Dreamfeather) for attacks without actually using it. Void Battery seemed interesting to me since it gives huge scaling based on Power Charges, which could be shifted to attacks with Crown of Eyes. Plugging in just gems and uniques into a reasonable tree put me at around 3.7m Shaper DPS, which means with proper investment I'm expecting this to be a reasonably well rounded character.
