[3.23] CoC Eye of Winter Build | Assassin | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, cast on crit eye of winter assassin build is here. Eye of winter is a cold spell that fires a projectile that constantly releases shard projectiles in a spiral. The shards will damage enemies they impact, dealing cold damage. You can also play ice nova or ice spear pretty much with same setup.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 20-50 div

Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?

• Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
• Divergent Inspiration
• Mana leech from Clever Thief
• 1% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.

• Power charges
• Diamond Flask
• Inspiration charges
• Precision
• Ascendancy, Skill tree
• Cospri's Malice
• Brittle Ground

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from awakened gem.

• Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum lvl 3)
• Shaper/Crusader belt
• Shaper/Crusader boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.

• Lvl 21 Precision
• Flat accuracy on one ring and inc global accuracy mod on a jewel.
• Blind (Disorienting Display)

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it.

Projectile Speed: Do not get any increased projectile speed.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone. Try to get one with these mods:

• 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion (Check the jewel on pob before you buy it.)

Life Reserve: You need "2% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod on one jewel to be able to usee all auras on Prism Guardian.

Bandits: Kill All

3.21 CHANGES:

• Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed
• Onslaught Support has been removed. A new Momentum Support gem has been added in its place.

3.23 CHANGES:

• Gem quality changes.
• Lab enchants are gone.
