PoE Aegis Aurora, Nova builds without Headhunter, Mageblood

I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. Map Mods / Build Limits: Can't run Elemental Reflect and Physical Reflect maps Can't run Atziri or Uber Atziri due to reflect. Struggles to run maps with "Reduced flask charges gained".
