PoE Cyclone builds with custom stat filters

I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. But I would be happy with 50% of the dps it provides without having to rely on totems. This pob is fully buffed. Can turn off totems, rage, berserk, blitz, rampage, and it's about 102mil unbuffed. PoB: The goal was: non-meta useage of Nimis, able to tank/burst all ubers/sim30/deli80 I was playing dex stacking KB nimis deadeye and it was good, awesome clear, good st, but squishy af (since u must be at melee range all the time for full dps). After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype.
