COC ice spear nimis is probably the best build I have ever played. Ice spear is probably the best skill that is able to abuse nimis due to the nature of it shotgunning scaling with the extra projectiles. As well as getting the full benefit of coming back in the second form for even more dmg. Cast on crit also complements the playstyle that nimis encourages by standing on top of the target to maximize projectiles. Combined with herald of ice for clear and mage blood with melding of flesh and primal aegis it is nearly invincible against hits as well. This is also with being able to achieve 100+ mil single target.
