PoE Badge of the Brotherhood, Ralakesh's Impatience, Lightning builds

i am quitting this league. i wanna try a mirror to join spinning mirror club. it's okay to trade your mirror in standard or league. doesn't matter. My build:

My current POB says my lightning conduit elementalist has 14M against pinnacle bosses. Here is my POB I definitely know in game damage will be different than sheet damage but I feel like I'm doing no where near that damage with even T16 bosses or few of the essence rares. Wonder if my POB configuration is incorrect or it's just how this build really is. Wrath will boost my damage a lot but I don't have enough sockets to fit wrath + divine blessing. Don't have currency for a enlighten 4 and replace herald of thunder.

POB: This build was put together by dropping a 17 divine jewel off of exarch, then buying some nessessary uniques, neg light res rings + castspeed rings and some (cluster)jewelsI didnt level gems except conduit fully, also I did not do UberLab yet (cause this build is the definition of glass cannon and cannot run maps in its state)The build would greatly pair with a smite aurabot cause it mainly scales off of the stupid more multiplier of lightining conduit. A pretty straightforward build revolving around the reworked Ralakesh's Impatience and stacking all kinds of charges for a ton of generic spell damage. I posted this meme build idea in the main subreddit while planning my first build. It wasn't very well received there, but I went with it and was able to gather the main uniques relatively easy, here's the final POB and my thoughts on this variant: What are the main interactions here? 1) Ralakesh's Impatience allows us to get full charges when standing. 2) The Inner Conviction keystone has no downsides, since it treats Min Frenzys outside of the ''gain'' charges

Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc
