PoE Crackling Lance, Templar, Spell builds

Hi, my name is Diego and this is the first build I've tried to create from scratch, after thousands of hours of playing. I still consider myself a noob at the game, but I have a good understanding of the mechanics. Im happy with this build BUT when i need to stop moving and start applying dmg its getting hard, when to dodge when to shoot etc. Any oder skills i could swap to, with small investment ? 1-2div .

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit.
