【Long-Neck Manastacker】S-Tier Budget League-Starter pushing into End Game! | Day 2 Progress 3.24

Hey guys! Here's the day 2 progress of my "affordable" league-starter build -【Archmage Celestial Lance Hiero】! This build hard-carried me way up to all end game bosses (Except ubers) & also able to tank T16 maps (with certain rippy league mods)~

This build is by far the most OP league-starter i ever played! It has insane DPS, clear, and TANKY AF! With more investment into this build, it could take down ubers easily, but i'm moving on to a new build! stay tuned :D

• Mana Stacking Hiero (Archmage)
• Crackling Lance melts bosses fastaf
• Decent clearspeed!
• Strong bossing DPS
• Pretty tanky! (MoM, petrified blood, high leech, HP+ES)
• Pushed up to T16 and some end game bosses (except ubers!)
