Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Perfect Serpent Warrior specters and I'm honestly really happy with their performance so far. Hello exiles So 3 weeks ago I posted a build but untested. So here is a feedback with changes I made. This is my first character this league. Basically it's a Elementalist arc ignite build with CI playing around Incandescent heart to get higher ignite through extra damage and mitigation from ele hit converted to chaos.
