'Storm' | Path of Exile Vaal Arc + Storm Brand Build

As some of you may know, all of my builds are league start viable and this build is no exception. You can get Vaal Arc + Storm Brand up and running with a very low budget and easily ramp it up to multi million dps as you play. Arc is pretty good for farming legion, blight, incursion, ritual, delirium, abyss, and pretty much every scenario where there's a lot of mobs because arc will chain and hit each individual mob. And since we are running storm brand, I was also able to farm essence pretty easily and I'd also say you can farm beasts pretty easily as well. The build also has pretty solid defensive layers in the form of decent spell suppression, capped out block chance, and life recovery. All in all I really enjoyed putting this character together and playing it throughout the league.
