PoE Duelist, Champion of the Cause, Cold builds

Elemental Hit Ballista Champion with Wilma's was my favourite build of Sanctum (SSF btw) and it gets massive buffs for 3.21: ~~Reliable "covered in ash" via Xoph's Blood buffs~~ \+2 Proj from tree 100% increased Damage with Hits against Ignited Enemies Transfer Mark Mastery \+1 max all res (from Reservation Mastery) The character had around 8m shaper dps and manages to hit 13.5m shaper dps with changes (if 3.21 dev pob is correct). ~~3.21 pob:~~ ~~ 3.20 pob

I started playing poe quite a while ago. My first few chars didn't get past acts. The first char that I really brought to end game was a frost blades champion way back in bestiary league. With the new stuff we've seen these past leagues, I think the skill plays quite differently than how it did before, and I do too. I'd like to try out the new amulet + loreweave interaction, if it isn't too expensive. End game, I'd like to see if the new ring will be as OP as it sounds. Hey Guys, two or three days ago i got a little bit bored about this league. All day doing 5way carry and earn currency and no goal were to spent it. So i tested about 4 or 5 builds to have some fun Accuracy Stacking Spark Venom Gyre Jug but none of those builds was able to satisfy me. When Frostferno was in the game, EC had a 5.5 link with +8 gems that was highly possible to use. You would take Avatar of Fire, get a double corrupted Frostferno and now you had a cool non traditional setup. It was reasonable to use sapphire at least due to cold to fire on Frostferno. Frostferno is gone now though. After a lot of PoB work, I am of the strong opinion that EC is better off without Sapphire/Topaz flasks. I've theory crafted (with help from a friend) a champion wild strike build using only cold damage by using the jewels and stacking hatred effect. The build has good defences through fortify, block, spell suppresion and leech. Aswell as having respectable damage for a melee build. Hello Guys, Many of us loved Frost Blade Builds, but almost all Frost Blade Builds are Glas Canons with 0 Defences. With the new Influence and new Amulet i made this Frostblade Build with pretty nice DPS to do easily all Content in Game and have alot of Defences.
