Obscure skills made possible blooper :S Full retaliate is a meme, but if you want to play with it, you can... somewhat. I feel like it's kinda weird that glacial shield swipe has less ailement damage, you're better off playing eviscerate ignite haha. Around 35 divs for the build, maybe bit less.
