PoE 3.21 Crucible, 3.20 Sanctum builds with custom stat filters

POB: The video is a T16 Dunes just alch n go. I couldn't decide on whether to start with shockwave totems or the hydrosphere Occultist so I decided to make a bad build that combines them both. Surprisingly, it has gotten me to endgame pretty smoothly and can take down pinnacle bosses. Uploading a video because a few people requested one. Edit: Note on a cool interaction, on-kill effects work with hydrosphere even though it's a totem build (bug?). At the cost of +1 totems from ancestral bond you can make it into a explosion build.

Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground. Hope everyone had a good leaguestart. I made a theory craft on bloodseekers before launch and everyone was worried about the availability. However on day 1 I had bought 10 claws on average of 10c each. However after I posted about it in a thread, the price skyrocketed. But a 400pdps claw and instant leach for 1-2 div is still really good. Now I have cleared all the pinnacle bosses except the uber versions. The advantages of this build are 1. very low cost to start. Hey everyone, I started PCOC during Kalandra and really enjoyed it, and during the pre-league hype for Sanctum I decided to throw my brainpower into scaling it to endgame/Ubers. Don't hate it's my 1st attempt at a build. 3,888,413 DPS for Frozen Sweep x 11 statues = 42,772,543 Thinking about switching up and using totems instead of Smite for Sanctum Runs. Anyways let me know what ya think.

So I'm still working on Chaos Res and Spell Suppression but I'm comparing my DPS to other PoB's and I don't understand why my DPS is so weak compared to them. Right now I have 8 Divines that I can use for upgrades but everything I'm looking at either cost more the 8 or is only a 3% upgrade according to the PoB "Trade For These Items" weighings . So I'm not sure what I can do from here.
